traditional food

crispy ginger

Material;
- 3 / 4 cup unsalted butter
- 3 / 4 cup brown sugar
- 3 / 4 cup molasses (Treacle syrup)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup ginger (or according to taste)
- 1 / 4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 / 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3.5 cups flour

How to Make:

1. Melt butter, add molasses, salt, cloves, cinnamon, ginger, sugar into it. Aduk2 until blended. Set aside to cool.
2. After chilling, beat 1 egg, and pour the solution into the no. 1. Aduk2 until blended.
3. In a separate mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and baking soda.
4. Enter the flour mixture (no. 3) et butter into the batter, and stir until blended.
5. When the dough is hard to set up, input into the freezer for approximately one hour so the dough hardens and easily formed.
6. Bake with a temperature of about 180C for about 15-20 minutes.
